Charlet can offer a warranty for the life of the Goodyear stitching.
Unfortunately, if the stitching becomes damaged, you need only to return them for a complete re-soling without any additional charges.

A NEW PATINA OFFERED

For each pair of the Monte Carlo models (made-to-order), PATINO offers to re-patina the shoes either the same color as those originally purchased or a new patina chosen from the 6 colors of choice.  This service is free of charge within 3 years after the initial purchase.

Your order will be prepared the day of purchase. It takes 24/48h for a delivery in France / Monaco, 3-5 working days for a delivery in the EU and maximum 7 working days outside the EU.

Every customer has a delay of 14 days to return a purchase if ever the shoes do not suit them.  The customer must specify if they want an exchange, a credit or a reimbursement.
